BINGKA JAGUNG OR CORN PUDDING

INGREDIENTS;
500gm coconut milk
1tsp salt
3 eggs
200gm plain flour
100gm sugar
50gm butter
15gm custard flour
1/2 tin cream corn
90gm sesame seed

METHOD;
Blend all ingredients except sesame seeds.Cook the mix until it hot.Grease baking tray and put the batter in and sprinkle on top with sesame seeds.Bake in the oven for one hour at 180c.
