AYAM GORENG KALASAN OR KALASAN FRIED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS;
1kg chicken(cut into 12 pieces)
500ml coconut juice
1/2 tsp soda of bicarbonate
5cloves garlic(crushed)
1cm galangal(crushed)
2 bay leaf
100gm coconut sugar or brown sugar

METHOD;
Boil all ingredients including the chicken until tender.Then strained the chicken until golden brown.Serve with hot rice.
